These terms and conditions apply to the Coin Identifier app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Glipo (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Freemium service.
By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these terms. You should read them carefully before using the Application.
Use of the Application
The Application provides AI-powered coin identification features. You are responsible for the photos you submit and for reviewing the results before making decisions based on them.
The Application incorporates Artificial Intelligence technologies to provide coin identification suggestions. AI outputs are estimates for informational use and may not be 100% accurate.
Collector and Value Information
Coin Identifier may show collector-focused notes or value-related context when available. This information is for general education and collection organization only. It is not financial, investment, appraisal, tax, or legal advice.
Subscriptions and Purchases
The Application may offer optional premium features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases. Purchases are processed by Apple StoreKit or Google Play Billing, depending on your platform, and are subject to the store provider's terms.
Connectivity and Availability
Some features require an internet connection. The Service Provider is not responsible if the Application does not function fully because your device has no network access or because a third-party service is unavailable.
Intellectual Property
The Application, trademarks, design, and related materials remain the property of the Service Provider or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute the Application except as permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability
The Application is provided as a convenience tool. The Service Provider is not liable for losses arising from inaccurate AI results, unavailable services, device issues, or misuse of the Application.
Changes to These Terms
The Service Provider may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Application after changes means that you accept the updated Terms.
