This privacy policy applies to the Coin Identifier app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Glipo (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Freemium service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".
Information Collection and Use
The Application may collect information when you download and use it. This information may include device information, app usage events, crash diagnostics, purchase status, language preferences, and coin photos that you submit for AI analysis.
The Application uses Artificial Intelligence technologies through a secure gateway to provide coin identification features. Photos submitted for coin identification are processed to generate coin identification suggestions and are not stored after processing is complete.
The Application may use third-party services such as Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, Adapty, Apple StoreKit, Google Play Billing, and in-app review APIs. These services may process limited device, purchase, diagnostic, and usage data according to their own privacy practices.
Data Retention
Photos submitted for AI analysis are processed in real time and are not stored after processing is complete. App preferences, saved history, and purchase status may be stored locally on your device until you delete them or uninstall the Application.
Children
The Application is not directed to children under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age.
Accuracy of AI Results
The Application uses AI to generate identification suggestions. Results are informational, may be incomplete or incorrect, and should be reviewed by the user before relying on them.
Collector and Value Information
Coin Identifier may show collector-focused notes or value-related context when available. This information is for general education and collection organization only. It is not financial, investment, appraisal, tax, or legal advice.
Security
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding your information and uses commercially reasonable safeguards to protect information processed through the Application.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes.
